Though it pains me to post the picture above as it shows my Tarheels rivals, the Duke Bluedevils, it’s just to show how the ESPN presentation looks in NCAA Basketball 10. I haven’t been a fan of the EA Sports College basketball series in a long time, but this year they may have gotten my attention. Mike posted earlier about the presentation with NCAA Basketball 10 using CBS intergration in the game. After reading the ESPN article about the improvements to the presentation of the game it has me pretty hyped up. When you play your games and they are televised on CBS or ESPN you will have their respective commentators. CBS has Bill Raftery and Gus Johnson, on the ESPN side we will hear Brad Nessler, Dick Vitale and the beautiful Erin Andrews.
Gametrailers has a video of the ESPN intergration and also has Nessler and Vitale talking about combining CBS and ESPN together. Nessler states that whatever you see on the ESPN broadcast you will see in the game.
Like I said, I am pretty excited about this game. They are using the same engine as Live 10, and they have used the same engines Live uses every year, but now they will have time to fix and tweak the problems, if any, that Live has had since the release this past Tuesday.
Here is the video of the ESPN presentation side of EA Sports NCAA Basketball 10.
